was a early City of Villains character. Pretty much
she hasn't changed to much since I created her in
2005. There is not to much to her.
The only thing I had down was she always seems to
change her looks every few months.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Power Claw
Photon wanted an expert hand to hand fighter. He
looked into the army and found Roxanne. She was in
jail for almost killing her senior drill instructor.
Roxanne knew she was one of the best fighters
around but she was always held back by rules. When
Photon approached her in jail she just thought about
how this could get her out. After seeing what Photon
could give her. She decided to stick around. She
was pretty much free to hurt people and she liked it.
She also liked the little toys she could use. The first
time Photon sent her loose she killed all the targets
and half her own squad.
Power Claw Powers
When Power Claw gets into combat she loses all
semblance of right and wrong. Wounds don't phase
her. Thanks to some an injection of nanites wounds
heal very fast on her. These same nanites fuel her
berserker rage helping her to become a killing
machine.
Power Claw wears two large Gauntlets. She forms
energy claws out of these gauntlets. Her strength is
greatly increased from the gauntlets. She can even
fire ninja stars out of her gauntlets.
She considers herself the best fighter in the world.
No doubt she is one of the best but time will only tell if
she is as good as she thinks.
