against a group that was the Justice League. The
only twist they were EVIL!
This is one character that I actually thought more of
after I used him in City of Heroes. He is pretty much a
Psychic Strong Man from another planet. I started
adding a lot more depth to him after I thought how to
beat him.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Harlequin
Is an alien from another planet. It is known he is one
of the last survivors of his race. He came from a race
of warriors that perfected there mind and bodies at
the same time. He has said he killed most of his race
due to a disease of the mind. He and a few others
were immune to this. They spread out through the
universe. He has lived for more then a 300 years his
exact age is unknown.
When he came to Earth. Magnus Star challenged
him and Harlequin lost to a being that was stronger
then him. This was a first so he stayed on Earth and
quickly became one of the most feared Vengeance
Inc members. His psychic abilities and his
invulnerability to most attacks make him one of the
most powerful people on Earth.
Harlequins Powers
Harlequin possesses a wide variety of superhuman
powers,which include super-strength, super-speed,
invulnerability and flight.
Harlequin also has telekinesis and he also possesses
the power of shapeshifting, which he employs for
various effects (e.g., adopting human or monstrous
appearance, elongating his limbs, growing to
immense size). Harlequin can render himself invisible,
He is a powerful telepathy, capable of both perceiving
the thoughts of others and of projecting his own
thoughts. The extent of his telepathic abilities is
unknown but he has scanned an entire city before.
Harlequin has one major weakness which is unknown
to most of the world. He has no physical body. His
mask holds his psychic mind together. His body is an
illusion and uses telekinesis to move objects. If his
mask is ever destroyed or damaged he fades away.
It takes him some time to reform the mask molecule
by molecule. Complete destruction of the mask takes
him over a month to reform it.
