She is pretty much a copy of Electro but a female.
As for her looks and her background there hasn't
been any changes. She has always been a punk girl
with daddy issues.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Giga Girl
Its unknown how Giga Girl got her powers. As the
daughter of Prime Minister of Defense Ehron Budman
she has had many luxuries. Her father has made it
his ambition to get rid of the superhuman community
be it villain or hero. He does have some backing from
the general population.
Giga Girl goes out of her way to hurt Ehron career.
She makes sure Ehron knows she is the one doing it.
Usually by etching her name in the side of the wall.
She has ran up White Knight on several occasions
and she has worked with Samantha on a few
personal endeavors. White Knight knows the identity
of Giga Girl but has yet to use it against Ehron. As
Ehron argues over any money used for the British
Special Forces. He often makes surprise visits at
White Knights training faculties.
Giga Girls Powers
Giga Girl can transform herself into a being of pure
electricity and travel through anything that will
conduct an electric current. She can externally
manipulate electricity (along with electric and
magnetic fields), and conjure lightning blasts of
various intensities and lengths.
Giga Girl, can store almost limitless amount of
electricity but only for a short time. She only has so
much power, if she does run out of power she reverts
to her solid form and cannot use most of her abilities
or transform into living electricity until absorbing at
least a minimal amount of electric power from some
source. However, even when depowered, she can
direct the flow of free electricity from an available
energy source to re-power herself.
When fully charged her speed and strength are
increased to a unknown degree. In a blink of an eye
she has traveled hundreds of miles through electrical
lines.
