forgot about him until a friend of mine wanted to make
up a character in Champions pen and paper RPG.
He had electrical powers. The name resurfaced and
together we recreated Electric Marshal, the Hero.
When I recreated him into City of Heroes I changed
bits of his background. His hatred for Manchine was
a secondary thought. I added the cyborg arm and
Armor. For the third time Electric Marshal was born
again.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Electric
Marshal
Roger was a police officer for Las Vegas Police
department. He liked helping people for the most
part. During the Great Invasion he was caught in the
middle of it. He helped save several civilians that
were trapped in rubble. After he freed the last
civilians he was making his way out of the building
when the Plants had formed up to stop the so called
heroes. Roger watched the whole event. Manchine
appeared and had burned them all. His eye beam hit
Rogers arm and shoulder. Pretty much disintegrating
it.
By the time Electric Marshal woke up the war was
over. He had lost his arm. It was all Manchines fault.
His wife had left him taking his kids to live with
another man. This was all Manchines fault. Roger
slide into a depression and began drinking again all
Manchines fault.
Photon found Roger and offered him a new life. At
first he refused but Photon made mention that he
would be contacting Manchine in the near future and
that was all Roger needed to hear. Photon installed
a cybernetic arm and gave him power armour. Roger
soon became known as Electric Marshal and was
head of Photons Security.
Some time after another invasion by a race called the
Mechanation. Electric Marshal had a change of
heart. He had become disheartened by the killer
instincts of his comrades. His final straw was when he
accidentally hurt a innocent. He asked Manchine for
help. Manchine was able to replace his cybernetic
arm with a new more powerful cybernetic arm and he
upgraded his armor. Now he fights for the GDF.
Electric Marshals Powers
Electric Marshal possesses cybernetic right arm that
increases his strength beyond normal human
standards. With the new GDF version he can lift 10
tons. Where the old Terra Corp version could only
support 2 tons.
His Terra Corp boots allowed him to fly at subsonic
speeds. He can communicate with Terra Corps
satellites and have instant communications with
Photon, if needed. His current armor does not have
flight capability's he can control a disc that allows him
to fly faster then MACH 2.
His new arm also allows him to shoot electricity and
control electromagnetic energy. His old Terra Corp
could only shoot electricity.
He has an internal air supply and can survive in outer
space for a limited time. Sensors consisted of radar,
sonar, infrared scanners, and radio.
