created almost the whole backstory for him. A friend
of mine created this guy to be a super smart alien.
He created him in City of Villains. I ran with it and
added my own backstory to him. Slightly altered his
looks. You can see him in Issue 7 of the Global
Defense Force.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Doctor Von
Strangle
Until recently all that was known about Doctor Von
Strangle was that he was an Alien scientist. He is an
expert in many fields from robotics to physics. He has
many weapons that can handle a number of
situations. He carries a two gun or a rifle that fires a
pulsating energy.
As of recently Rocker has confirmed he is the man
who purposely destroyed his planet, Nav-a-tor.
Doctor Von Strangle could not process hyperspace
energy and was considered handicapped among his
people. He grew to loath every being on the planet.
Developed a device that would cause a cascade
effect on the planet. Each time a person would
access the hyperspace energy it would be absorbed
by the planet. Minutes before the end of Nav-a-tor
Doctor Von Strangle announced to the his world what
he had done and that he was safely away from the
world that was doomed.
Although he looks human and looks very frail he is far
from it. His body is far more denser then a normal
human body.
Doctor Von Strangles Powers
Doctor Von Strangles cellular structure is more
dense, resilient and biologically more effective than
human tissue. Strength seems on par for a human of
his height and weight who engages in regular
physical activity. As an alien he possesses several
organs whose functions are not yet disclosed or
understood. His body though is resistant to injury.
Not to the degree of other Nav-a-tor's. He is resistant
to gunfire and smaller weapons.
Von Strangle carries either 2 hand guns that fire
Pulsating Energy. Pulsating Energy can be adjusted
to do multiple things. It can become an electrical
beam, gravitational, fusion, force, and fire.
Superhuman intellect: Strangle intellect grants him
superhuman calculation skills, amazing memory and
exceptional technical know-how. This increased
intellect gives him superior calculating abilities, an
encyclopedic memory and innovating scientific
knowledge. Within his fields of study physics and
robotics no one is his equal.
