is another old villain from my RPG days. He is one of
the bigger MASTER villains. He has changes slightly
from the olden days. Originally he wanted to protect
human kind from the events that were happening
around the world. He wanted to give humans a better
chance and he developed a device that would
change Humans into dinomen. Of course as the most
powerful and the most intelligent Dinomen he would
be the leader. With the GDF this would change. His
looks pretty much stayed the same. I would have to
say City of Heroes looks much better then the
Champions online version.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Doctor Dino
Douglas was a archaeologist on a team to check out
an unusual egg that washed up on the shore of a
remote Pacific Island. There path took them over the
origin spot of the egg. The next thing they knew the
plane was being forced down by a ray. No one in the
plane was damaged.
He was greeted by Dinomen riding dinosaurs. They
were taken to the cave of change and left there.
While the Dinomen chanted. Douglas being curious
while they waited found a secret chamber at the last
second. Just as a beam of energy hit the other
members of the Plane. Douglas closed the door as
his colleges were transformed into Dinomen.
Douglas was greeted with technology that FAR
surpassed what humans were at. He learned about
the Dinomen that were descendant of Dinosaurs.
How one day the Dinomen would rule the world once
again. When Douglas emerged from the Caves he
was no longer human. He had transformed himself
into Doctor Dino and he vowed to see the Dinomen
rule the world again.
Doctor Dino Powers
Doctor Dino, strength far exceeds that of just about
anyone on Earth. He easily can lift over 100 tons. His
strength makes him one of the strongest beings on
Earth. He is near invulnerable to harm able to walk
through lava without any harm. His reaction time can
increase to reach speeds that make should be
impossible. His wings allow him to travel faster then
the speed of sound. His ability to heal is almost
immediate, if given enough time he can even heal lost
limbs.
His body stores solar energy. This allows him to
increase any of his abilities beyond the normal levels.
He can only keep this up for short times.
