10 years. I wanted my heroes to fight against a
group that was the Justice League. The only twist
they were EVIL!
Blur got a change big time. At least his costume. His
City of Heroes costume was a little to close to the real
thing so when I changed him in Champions online. I
really would love the spiral on his body to actually
circle around but it doesn't. I gave him a blast helmet
to protect his eyes.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Blur
Is one of the Elite Seven. Not much is known about
him except Magnus and Night trapped him in a steal
bunker to talk to him. Pretty much no security system
can stop him. He is past any defenses before they
can activate.
Blur takes pleasure in killing villains that threaten his
city. Before he joined Vengeance Inc he was
accused of killing a police officer but this was
unfounded thanks to Night Lord proving that he was
not the killer and the Police Chief was.
Beast of The Deep Powers
Blur has said he has ran far faster then the speed of
light. There is no way to gauge this as he has not
been timed at that speed. It has been shown that he
has traveled from New York to Los Angeles in less
then a minute.
Blur has used his speed for more then just running.
He as has reinforced armored gloves that he can hit
people with at high speeds and not hurt his hands.
He has small explosives on his wrists that have a half
second delay. Which is more then enough time to
get away.
Blur does not like accessing the high speeds
because it takes time for him to decelerate his body.
As everything moves in slow motion when he is
accessing his speed powers. Things that take us a
couple of hours to do would take Blur a couple of
seconds when he is accessing his high speeds. Night
Lord has been the only person to decelerate him in
the middle of a high speed run. He still does not
know how he did it. When Blur is not accessing the
High Speeds he is just like any normal human that
can be tripped and hit.
