possible part of the Illuminate. I got the idea of all the
leaders of the big bad guys being part of it. What
was funny was all Marvel went into the opposite
direction. All the Leaders of the Heroes were part of
the Illuminate. Maybe far in the future I will change it
to all the bad guys leaders being part of it but for now
its just my Evil Nazi Guys.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Illuminate
Panzar 2.0 and The Perfect Physician restarted the
Illuminate as a group to have a fighting force behind
them. Most of the members are clones called Apex
that provide security. The number of active clones
are less then 100. There is 1000's of clones in
hibernation around the world. Usually set up in
groups of 100 with a small group of 5 to 10 clones
guarding these areas. Panzar and Physician are the
only two in the inner circle. Recently they have been
seen talking to King Cheetah and Gravity General. It
is unknown if they joined the inner circle or not.

look away. The main base of operations for the
Illuminate are located in Rostock. The exact number
of bases are unknown but there is at least one
located in each continent.
